The goal of this system is simple, every email you open should have a clear action.
The four categories are:

1. DO
These are your quick wins, the tasks you can complete in under five minutes.
Examples:
Replying to a simple question
Sending a file
Confirming a meeting
Approving a small request
If it’s fast, do it now. This creates momentum and keeps your inbox moving.
2. DELEGATE
Not everything needs your time or energy to complete it.
These are emails you send to someone else to action, such as:
A team member
A business partner
A contractor or freelancer

Delegating frees you from becoming the bottleneck, one of the biggest productivity killers for entrepreneurs.


3. DIARISE
